Why am I receiving 2 copies of the magazine? Do I have 2 accounts opened up?
I am showing the same account numbers on each magazine except for a few numbers added after the / mark on one the address labels.
I also paid my subscription om January 18th and I am still getting bills.
Preferred solution: Receive only one copy. Be credited for my payment.
